How we know it's really your home

The billing address on the card you register must match the address our partners see from the street. That match — billing address ↔ video address — is the trust anchor that keeps every report owner-only.

It means no one else can register your address, and you can't accidentally see anyone else's home. Your card is not charged during verification.

Why this rule exists: it protects every homeowner — including you — from someone else registering their address. If we skipped it, anyone with your street name could see views of your home. The match is the lock on the door.

Common fixes:

Use the card whose statement goes to this address — a card billed to a work or old address won't match.
Check for typos: unit numbers, “St” vs “Ave”, postal code.
Just moved? Update your card's billing address with your bank first, then try again.
